Betty is the Youth Employment Outreach Coordinator at the Linc Youth Centre and a Career Advisor at the Job Shop. She holds a B.Ed specializing in Urban Education and has enjoyed the 4 years spent teaching in Toronto and Vancouver. Betty’s teaching background, coupled with her employment counseling experience, allows her to provide professional and meaningful employment support to young people living in the Comox Valley. She is available on a drop-in basis to help local youth gain the skills necessary to learn about, look for, get, and keep a job.
